The packaging has some marks on it. Item is sealed and new but some how it has some orange markings on the edges of the giga pet

This item is a sealed collectible from the 1990's. I cannot guarantee is function ability since it is sealed and never opened. It also may need new batteries since it is from the 1990's and batteries don't retain a charge for such an extended period of time.
