Outer dimensions are a small 5 1/2" x 3 1/2". Lots of blemishes on the cover including some creasing and stains. The internal pages are age toned. Tear at the bottom of one page, see last photo. Otherwise intact and complete. There is no substitute for original period references if you are a collector or historian You are buying the book pictured.
