    A patented binder is holding this together.  It's very nice.
    This book is used, showing wear, stains, heavy edge wear on the page edge, to include some staining here and there.
    The letter is very fragile and torn in half, but the top part includes the entire Phonetic Alphabet.
    Also, inside was a torn letter from 17 Dec. 1942, which discussed the Phonetic Alphabet - Revised.  Lt. Comdr. J.W. Hammond, USNR. is typed at the top of the letter, and is signed by H. Schwartz, Sr. Admin Officer (Chief Clerk) by Direction.
