    Description

    FOUND AT A LOCAL ESTATE:  This estate was the home of a man whose career was the Navy.  He reached a high rank and enjoyed cruising on ships in his retirement years.  Amongst his effects were papers, books, pamphlets, awards and letters.     I have a collection of 3 Naval booklets published by the Training Division, Bureau of Aeronautics, United States Navy in 1943.   They cover situations that Navy pilots may encounter in combat, or if forced to bail out etc by giving hints and crucial information formatted with funny cartoons to help the men take in the information more palatably..   There is some age related wear with all 3 booklets, but I must add, the back cover of the dunking sense is pretty shot...but intact... overall the books are in fair condition..  Please check out my photos and feel free to email me with any questions....Thanks.
